Investment thesis

Consolidation is the next CRM wave.

The problem

Revenue teams pay for Salesforce or HubSpot, then stack Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Notion, and an AI copilot. Five subscriptions, five logins, and customer data that drifts between systems. Mid-market B2B teams spend operator hours on glue work instead of GTM.

The Salestrics bet

One unified record graph powers CRM, mail, docs, service, chat, video, social, and AI grounded in live deals. We compete as a HubSpot alternative and Salesforce alternative for mid-market B2B revenue teams — with product velocity and transparent pricing from Solo and Team ($79.99/mo) through Growth, Scale, Enterprise, and Enterprise+.

Sector hypothesis

Agent-Native wedge into operator-led verticals.

Salestrics is testing three $20M+ operator tracks where CRM sprawl, field coordination, and service handoffs break down — with an Agent-Native platform (MCP, Digital Executives, and Assistant grounded in live records) as the consolidation wedge.

MSP

Managed service providers run contract renewals, ticket volume, and multi-site clients across disconnected PSA, CRM, and mail tools. $20M+ MSP operators need one record graph for sales, delivery, and support — not another integration layer.

Commercial trades

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and specialty contractors coordinate dispatch, pipeline, and invoicing across office staff and field crews. $20M+ trades operators outgrow whiteboards and bolt-on CRMs when every job site needs live customer context.

Logistics

Fleet, warehouse, and brokerage operators manage high-volume accounts across sales, service, and billing. $20M+ logistics operators lose margin to coordinator overhead when agents cannot act on the same CRM, mail, and service records their teams already maintain.

Platform proof

One platform. One graph. Salestrics V2 Live.

Momentum

Agent-Native CRM with pipeline, workflows, and Sprint kanban on shared records.

Salestrics Mail

Workspace

Native .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx beside live pipeline data.

Resolve

Service desk and Quick Actions on all plans — support tied to CRM accounts.

Connect

Team chat and video meetings in context — not a lost Slack channel.

Orbit!

Social intranet in-app and standalone — culture that persists beyond the feed.

Ledger

Stripe Connect invoicing tied to CRM revenue records.

Assistant

AI that reads org records — drafting and prep on truth your team already maintains.

Dashboards and KPIs on CRM data — pipeline health without a separate BI export.

Auto

Offering eligibility

Rule 506(c) — accredited investors only

Salestrics is open to solicitation from accredited investors only. Eligible funds can reach out at info@salestrics.com to begin the verification workflow.

Salestrics Inc. is conducting this offering under the Rule 506(c) exemption of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933. Under 506(c), we may offer and sell securities only to accredited institutional investors (and other investors who qualify as accredited under applicable SEC rules).

We use a third-party verification system to confirm accredited investor status before any investment can proceed. We cannot accept an investor’s self-certification or word alone. Verification must be completed and approved through our designated process before we will countersign a SAFE or accept funds.

If you are interested, contact info@salestrics.com to begin the verification workflow. We will provide offering documents only after eligibility is confirmed.

Important risks

Risks of investing in a SAFE

A Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) is not equity today. It is a high-risk, illiquid instrument appropriate only for investors who can afford a total loss. Read these risks carefully before requesting offering materials.

You may lose your entire investment

Salestrics is a young, growth-stage B2B software company serving mid-market revenue teams. We may fail to achieve product-market fit, revenue targets (including our goal of 500 paying Scale accounts), or profitability. If the company does not raise a priced equity round or is otherwise unable to convert SAFEs, you may receive nothing.

Valuation cap — conversion economics

Our SAFE is a post-money SAFE with an $8 million post-money valuation cap. Your ownership at conversion depends on the valuation and terms of a future priced round relative to that cap — which may be higher or lower than you expect. Review the definitive SAFE for conversion mechanics before investing.

No guaranteed conversion or liquidity

SAFEs do not pay interest, have no fixed maturity date, and are not publicly traded. There is no assurance we will ever raise a qualifying equity financing that triggers conversion, or that you will be able to sell or transfer your SAFE.

Forward-looking goals are not guarantees

Statements about scaling to 500 paying Scale accounts, providing 24 months of runway, or other milestones are forward-looking and subject to market, competitive, and execution risk. Actual results may differ materially.

Growth-stage company risk

As a growth-stage company targeting mid-market B2B buyers, we compete against established CRM and workspace vendors with greater resources, longer sales cycles, and entrenched procurement habits. Product development, mid-market customer acquisition, regulatory compliance, and key-person dependencies may adversely affect our business. Review the definitive SAFE and any accompanying disclosures before investing.
