Changelog #13
July 28–August 3, 2026
A search-first app launcher, a cleaner dashboard, and plain-language pricing. Flow on every plan with reliability fixes across inventory and fulfilment. Major Mail upgrades — shared inbox delegation, signatures, undo send, and record-linked email. Plus Connect recordings, rewritten docs, and platform-wide security hardening.
Here is what we shipped for customers between July 28 and August 3, 2026 — faster navigation, clearer plans, operations and mail you can trust day to day, and documentation that matches how the product actually works.
Getting around faster
- New app launcher — Search-first command palette on desktop and mobile. Find and open any app quickly, with keyboard navigation and your pinned apps still there.
- Dashboard layout — Fixed overlapping widgets below the AI section. Shortcuts, calendar, pipeline, and activity now sit in a cleaner layout.
Pricing & plans
- Clearer pricing page — Plan details are written in plain language (teammates, storage, AI credits, integrations) instead of technical labels.
- Plan-based API limits — Connected app usage limits are now tied to your plan, from Free through Enterprise, and shown clearly on pricing.
Help & documentation
- Rewritten help center — All guides on docs.salestrics.com updated for customers: simpler language, accurate workflows, and fewer internal terms.
- New Flow guide — Step-by-step help for inventory, warehouses, purchase orders, and shipments.
Flow (operations)
- Flow is available on all plans — No longer gated behind a separate unlock.
- More reliable day-to-day use — Fixes across inventory, procurement, fulfilment, and record pages: line items save correctly, shipment timelines behave as expected, and list views refresh properly after changes.
- Smarter landing page — Module cards and AI summaries reflect live counts and context.
Connect (meetings & chat)
- Meeting recordings library — Recordings are saved to your Workspace Drive in organized folders, with a dedicated browse page in Connect.
- Automatic meeting summaries — After a call ends, Salestrics AI can generate a recap from the transcript (including late-arriving recordings).
- Meeting history — Review past meetings in one place, including archived sessions.
- Shared inbox delegation — Admins can give teammates read or send access to shared mailboxes; delegated inboxes appear in the Mail sidebar.
- Email signatures — Create rich signatures for Salestrics Mail and Gmail, with preview and per-account control.
- Better compose & reply — Multiple To/Cc/Bcc recipients, Reply All, pasted recipient lists, and improved threading with Gmail.
- Undo send — Cancel a sent message within the undo window.
- Safer sending — Drafts and sends are handled more reliably; failed sends stay as editable drafts instead of disappearing.
- Fuller mailbox control — Mark read/unread, flag, archive, and trash from Salestrics for synced IMAP mailboxes.
- Search in custom folders — Find messages inside your custom folders, not just the defaults.
- Record-linked email — Send and track email on deals, cases, and other records with proper To/Cc/Bcc and attachments.
- Improved reliability — Fixes across delivery, retries, duplicate prevention, and shared mailbox permissions.
CRM & reporting
- Insight reports run more reliably — Charts and custom reports handle larger datasets and complex filters more consistently.
- Safer rich text in CRM — Notes and formatted content are cleaned up for security without breaking normal formatting.
Security & reliability (sitewide)
- Stronger sign-in and webhook protection — Sensitive endpoints fail safely when misconfigured, instead of accepting bad requests.
- Improved content security — Tighter protections around embedded scripts and user-generated HTML across the app.
- Fair-use API limits — Organization-wide rate limits help keep the platform stable under heavy integration use.
