Changelog #15
August 5, 2026
Salestrics MCP grows to 153 tools across 13 apps and 19 categories — full agent coverage for CRM, finance, mail, workspace, support, chat, and operations. Inbox send, org admin tools, approval-gated pipeline actions, and hardened connector reliability ship in this release.
Here is what we shipped for customers on August 5, 2026 — a major expansion of the Salestrics Model Context Protocol runtime. External AI agents (Cursor, Claude Desktop, custom runners, and more) can now operate across the full Salestrics suite — not just read analytics, but execute multi-app workflows spanning sales, finance, customer support, team chat, and workspace collaboration.
Scale and full app coverage
- 153 native MCP tools — up from 65 at launch, organized across 19 categories and 13 Salestrics applications.
-
Live tool catalog — view real-time status and available tools for your workspace
via the MCP resource
salestrics://apps/catalog. - Multi-app workflows — agents move across CRM, mail, finance, support, chat, and files in one authenticated session instead of stitching separate APIs.
New app surfaces
Ledger (finance)
- Stripe invoicing, bank connection status, transaction search, and budget vs. actual summaries
- Financial execution beyond dashboard snapshots
Momentum (pipeline)
- Seven approval-gated pipeline actions from your agent environment
- Qualify and disqualify leads, advance deal stages, generate quotes, mark opportunities won or lost
Resolve (customer service)
- Open cases, search knowledge bases, summarize queues, escalate tickets, resolve issues, reassign owners
- End-to-end case management from external agents
Connect (chat & meetings)
- Inspect channels, post messages, list and schedule meetings
- Manage participant rosters and extract meeting insights
Flow (operations)
- Track inventory levels, view procurement orders, monitor fulfillment status
- Query operational dashboards
Orbit (social)
- Interact with feed posts, search the people directory, view profiles, analyze timeline activity
Support
- Search help articles and inspect active support ticket listings
Assistant (meta tools)
- Read-only visibility into in-product Assistant sessions, memories, configurations, and usage (org admins)
- External agents understand workspace AI context without interfering with in-app chat
Expanded capabilities on existing apps
Inbox (read + write)
- Upgraded from read-only — Mail AI thread analysis, smart recipient suggestions, draft creation, direct email delivery, CRM contact syncing
- Sensitive sends respect your organization’s write-approval policies
Workspace (full collaboration)
Read: documents, spreadsheet rows, presentations, and calendar events.
Write (approval-gated): folders, file moves and sharing, document create/update, spreadsheet edits, calendar scheduling — including Connect meetings and Google Calendar sync.
Insight (deeper analytics)
- Visual and scheduled reports,
ask_insight, activity feeds - Data transformations, analytics pipelines, governance policies and events
Automation & AI workflows
- Full lifecycle for standard and AI-driven workflows
- List workflows, create runs, update, delete, pause, resume, and run history tracking
Admin MCP (org operations)
- Expanded beyond API keys and audit logs to user management, org settings, billing usage, integration connector status, and broader audit logs
Reliability & connector hardening
- Outbound circuit breakers — connectors open after repeated failures, with exponential backoff up to five minutes to protect platform health.
- Configurable timeouts — per-operation limits enforced (5s connect, 10s tool listing), configurable via environment variables.
- Org-scoped session pooling — outbound MCP connections reused with a five-minute TTL; pools invalidate immediately on credential changes.
-
Runtime health — inspect live connector health during any session via
salestrics://integrations/runtime-status.
Security & audit
- Hardened HTTP authentication boundaries, strict rate limits, and sanitized error responses across MCP endpoints
- CRM finance RBAC and owner validation on all write actions
- Custom MCP integration safeguards — blocked shell interpreters, restricted environment variables, public-URL validation for HTTP connectors
- Closed audit gaps across Inbox and Automation — org scope, actor attribution, and approval enforcement aligned on all server execution paths
Developer experience & setup
- Custom integrations — org admins connect custom HTTP or stdio MCP integrations in Admin → Integrations.
- Setup guide — full documentation at docs.salestrics.com/salestrics-mcp — supported agents, safety controls, and troubleshooting.
