Beta Launch Troubles
Three hours after go-live, we’re dealing with sign-in failures and an outage in Workspace. Here’s what we know.
We opened Salestrics to the public this morning. About three hours in, we’re dealing with two active issues. Nothing else on our radar right now.
Sign-in failures
Roughly 70% of users cannot get past mysalestrics.com/signin. If you’ve been stuck in a loop or locked out entirely, it’s on us — not your browser, not your password.
Workspace unavailable
The Workspace app — Drive, Docs, Sheets, and the rest — is 100% down. No one can access it until we fix this.
Status
The team is on both issues now. We don’t have a fix or root cause as of this writing. We’ll post here the moment we do.
