Auth and Workspace Restored
Sign-in works again. Workspace is back. The login loop from earlier today is fixed.
Earlier we posted about sign-in failures and a Workspace outage. Both are resolved. The platform is fully operational.
What broke
A login loop in our auth stack. You’d authenticate, get bounced back to the sign-in page, and never reach your pipeline or docs. That’s what hit roughly 70% of users on launch day.
What we fixed
Sign-in at mysalestrics.com/signin is working again. The Workspace app — Drive, Docs, and the rest — is back online too.
We built auth in-house at mysalestrics.com instead of using a third-party provider. Launch day was a hard lesson in what that costs when something breaks. We own it, we fixed it, and we’re not going anywhere.
